Are you ready for the weekend?

Well since I don't have the DSLR and people around do have them, I actually have to learn to wait for people to upload photographs and it takes getting used to :o (i.e. Hello, Wanhui.  Oh damn, I should have stolen the orginals from your SD card yesterday.)

Anyway, a quick recap for old time's sake, this weekend that is fast approaching its end has been a wonderful 2 days :)

Interclass Netball Carnival.  Baobi and I spent quite a lot of money at the song dedication booth and fuming over how they cancelled out Jack's Mannequin (whaat did they watch the music video and go, "OH PEOPLE DYING. THAT'S A BAD MESSAGE."  Read the lyrics!!) and Cobra.

"And I love how Mrs Anis loves Don't Stop Believin' as much as we do (probably more) which meant that we could play the Glee version from my ipod - but I think my ipod's screwiness meant that nobody from 415 could hear it because we relocated to the tennis courts to play a match. Later on after the carnival was over Mrs. Anis played the original version of Don't Stop Believin' and we just went nuts." quoted from penguinaffair because I'm lazy like that :)

Then we had a class-ish lunch, I swear I am going to arrange a class picnic or something sometime.  WHO'S AGREEABLE TO UMM A BOTANIC PICNIC.  Sorry, Botanics was the first place I thought of.  I am proud that at lunch, while everyone ate junk food, I got rice with my portion of spicy rendang and cuttlefish yessss which I was craving because I was sick the previous day so I hadn't eaten spicy food in nearly 2 days D:

Wanhui, Bernice and I went to watch Surrogates after and only realised that we were sitting 2 seats away from our principal when Bernice stopped right in front of her to check our tickets and I yanked her away in a completely irrational moment of panic.  Sorry about that, bb.  Surrogates was alright, but nothing to really shout about.  I want to watch Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs.  After the show, we walked around Far East for a bit, attempted to do some prom dress shopping, then split with the decision to head home and change first before meeting later.  I was on a mission to find my parents, neither of whom were picking up their handphones.  When my mum finally called, I got permission to head over to Wanhui's house where we baked sugary delights, forced her to watch Doctor Who (heehee.  She was clutching onto me for most of the episode while I covered half of my vision with my hands or my handphone during the scary bits) which didn't even turn out to be that scary an episode.  Baobi, you lie pffft.

Then my dad gave me permission to cab home and I did so happily after dropping Bernice the Tian off.

(I wanted to put Remembering Sunday lyrics, but I thought it wouldn't be appropriate at all ):)

Went for Math tuition in the morning and felt productive.  Then I took the lo-ong way to meet Joni, Liz and Wanhui.  Bernice went to get some dresses, can't wait to see them!! :D

I got my mummy earrings that she loves (score one for me!) and Wanhui succumbed to peer pressure to get her gorgeoussss hairband (I got mine on my own accord kay).  Ate at Maxwell where Joni and I learnt not to listen to our hunger pangs when choosing which stall to buy food from.  We then popped over to town to look around for prom dresses and then I went to get a lift from my daddeh.  Wanhui called me and was half laughing and related something which was supposed to be amusing but honey, I didn't really think it was hilarious so... werque on it bb.

It truly was much more interesting a weekend then I've related it to be okay.  I'm just lazy to type everything in detail.  Anyway, Wanhui has photographs HINT HINT 8D
