I ordered the Sora to Ito singles on Sunday from HMV. They predicted the delivery date as Jan. 28 and today I got an email from them saying the CD+DVD version would take longer. You know how much longer? Jan. 29. lol.
Saturday, me and Dina were locked out of work. She took her other vehicle and thus had a different set of keys and Sarah called in sick. Someone had to drive over and unlock the door, so we didn't get in until almost 9:20. 'Twas nice.
Went to the dentist tonight. That's always a pleasure isn't it? Who thought getting your teeth cleaned could be so damn painful?
I'm still kicking ass in German, but not so much in linguistics this semester. I wrote a test on Monday and I'm pretty sure I failed that. I was mostly just guessing and putting in whatever sounded okay. Ugh D: I have no idea what I'm doing with myself. Today in German, we read an article about a punk in Stuttgart who wsan't receiving unemployment money lol. I've also noticed that when I don't know a word in German, I try and think of it in French, because, ya know, that's a lot of help.
Got my haircut yesterday and did some shopping after. I bought John Man's The Great Wall and whoever the author is' Khubilai Khan's Lost Fleet. I can't wait to read them. The Khubilai one's about when the Mongols went to take Japan. Interesting stuff, that is. See, Chapters has this thing were they have a good amount of copies of something and then don't carry it at all.
So, Trick. I don't like it as much as Kingdom, but it's still good. My favourite tracks are Introduction for Trick, Driving and Hurry Up! I really like alan's new song. The verses are kinda meh, but the chorus is great.
