It's like I forget I have an LJ
Well, Francofest blew as expected. I did nothing all day and didn't even speak French. Oh wait, actually, I held open a door, help a stamp pad for 5 mins and threw 2 balls for pétonque D:
Choosing university courses was so much fun. Not. There's no way to do that without calling them to ask for help srsly. The booklet said I needed one language course, 2 other courses and gave the codes, one social science and one science. I had to call them 'cause I was really confused because I couldn't find the German course. It turns out that they merged the two German courses, so it actually counts for 2 credits and has a different code and I didn't need to take a science if I wanted to take a social science. Jesus, how would I have known that!? And they offer no help at school, which is also excellent.
My schedule's pretty cool though. I took a history course which sounds amazing *_* I'm there from Monday to Wednesday 8:00 to 3:30 and only an hour on Thursday 8D I have 10 minutes between a couple of my classes though, which are in different buildings :/
I'm re-discovering old music loves. Aikawa Nanase for one ♥ Love Psychedelico ♥ They're actually releasing an album State-side, which is totally cool. And Miyako-stage Kagrra,. That came out in 2004! How time flies. And at the same time, getting sucked into crappy, yet catchy music like this: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=UH0MWOwGq-s Yes, it is fucking catchy!
Today, I found the Canadian release of Hikki's Heart Station 8D Ultra Blue and her Single Collection were released here too, but I never ended up getting Ultra Blue and the Single Collection was like $26 D: Wth. Can't find either now :/ I love Heart Station hardcore. I've been listening to Beautiful World a lot lately, it's such a nice song :3 I also bought Haruki Murakami's After Dark. I can't wait to read that.
Summer concert-ness coming up. I guess my uncle wants to see Stone Temple Pilots, who knows if we'll go though. He also told me he YouTubes Dir en grey lol I didn't think he actually liked them.
Argh there was something I felt like talking about, but I can't remember now D: OH! Shiina Ringo! I totally want both the DVD and album. Look at that cover! I'm too cheap for both and have to save money for uni books, concerts and the possible visit to Pacific Mall :/ But, don't they both look so cool. I almost wish she was releasing a Best Of too.
