new york was weird because i guess i am paranoid/insecure/worried. the bus kept overheating on the way there, but the guy next to me had a french braid so i was automatically inclined to be friends with him. we talked about molecular biology, elliott smith, russian linguistics, representative govt, adult drug habits and john kerry. i might take piano lessons from him. columbia university has the cutest campus. we went to the museum and i could never figure out the subway system and i doubt i'd ever want to try. i decided i love boston because it feels like a huge city but its really not overwhelmind and you can go everywhere so easily. plus its just really cute. in lecture we watched anime over the shoulder of some asian girl. chocolate chip pop tarts are no good. why gross yourself out?
