I came to the realisation yesterday that not a day has gone by when I've come home from work, and just stayed in. I think this is a good thing, long may it continue. In that vein, yesterday I trolled down to the Speak Easy slightly later than normal, to meet shallowthing, jellybearwhore, notgothdammit. squeeface, killerrrcocopop and chalkeh to venture to the ends of Hockley, to the AMF Bowling Centre. Much fun and frolics ensued, it's amazing how the most childish of 'ball' jokes are still amusing at the age of twenty three. The dumb chav bint screwed up the payment, so I ended up playing with Dawny, Charlene and Jos. The latter of this trio seemed to have confused bowling with shot putt, and was clearly just in it for the 'throwing things' aspect. I performed better than last time, with scores of 84, and a surprising 133. First time I've broke treble figures since way back in Norwich, although I suspect I was more than a little lucky.

Wandered home after bowling and made the second use of my oven in two nights to actually cook myself some dinner, then some random internetting before bed. I've customised my LJ layout a little, take a look.
Today has felt like Friday, which is nice. I've managed to snaffle four creme eggs as well :) I'm thinking of heading out with Bongo tonight, tomorrow is Nightmare. Saturday I'll hopefully spend some time with jonthebloody as he spends most of his time with his lady now. Sunday I think there's a Sell Out meet somewhere, before the joys of night shift take me once again.
