(no subject)
Two exams over, only seven more to go!
The english exam, i felt at least, went well, i left the exam room feeling very positive
which is the opposite of how i was feeling after my exam last year because that sucked alot.
But then Everyone who studied the same play as me asked me which shakespeare question i chose and i told them the comedy one and they were like 'omg that was hard i couldn't do it, i chose the enobarbus one'
then later i handed my book back to my english teacher and she asked how it went and i told her which question i did and she was like 'really?! i thought that one was harsh, it wasn't an obvious thing'
so now i'm slightly like 'ah probably did crap then'. But oh well too late for all that. But hopefully i did do okay. Thinking back the other question probably was easier but at the time i couldnt think of anything to write for it, you know how it is in exams under pressure.
The second English question was on the play 'translations' i think i did okay on that too, i answered the political question so i could bring all the themes in and again, only one other person did that question, but that was only out of 8 people this time
as the different groups all studied individual plays.
Then the General studies exam was a complete joke, to be honest i couldnt be bothered to read it in the end, it was about bricks and walls, like how many bricks would you need to build a wall if it was this size and you had to do this to it, i was like excuse me? then there was something about archery cross bow mechanisms and boats. The essay question was alot better as it was a science paper so i chose the question about biodiversity and mass extinction as we did it last year in bio.
Anyway now the Eng exam went well i'm all motivated to learn for my psy exam friday. I've learnt 26 studies out of 45, its really annoying seem as i'm only going to use a couple of them. I pretty much know them all just need to go over them, but its the theory that's the main thing. Everyone keeps telling me i'll do well because it's 'my thing' just because i got an A last year, it's nice and all but kind of mades me feel pressured incase i do crap.
And oh crap i've totally put my foot in it with Mark. He was going on about how well i've probably done in eng messing around saying i'd get an A and i replied 'i doubt that very much after my crap As grade and he said 'oh dear what did you get' and i was like 'a C' and he said 'Oh thats what i got i was quite proud of it'. WELL DONE TARA. Then he suddenly said 'gotta go cya'.
On a brighter note i got some new flipflops for holiday they are very cute. They're pink though and i wanted the red or blue :( but sadly none in my size. However they are very pretty, they're wooden with pink hawiian flowers on them and the straps that go between the toes are pink with sequins. I heart them.
