merchav convention was so fun and intellectually stimulating all at the same time. for the first time in a long time, i wanted to do everything that was on the schedule-that-I-made when it was scheduled. i think that is for three of three reasons:

1. For the peulot I didn't lead, I didn't read them ahead of time even tho I had maz-eccentric access to them, so I had no idea how they were going to run, thus making it an exciting process for my brain. Also, the guest speakers were great.
2. Merchav Maz is a great insurance plan for our merchav (Merchav Tabor) and should be for the nation. I am excited for the future, even tho i won't be thurr.
3. I love everyone at convention.

We had the Year Course discussion, where we discussed with Lisa and Jeremy their experiences on YC and we asked them questions. It made us all want to go to Israel yesterday so we could be there today, instead of coming home.

Yuri Lane, our SNF entertainer was awesome [http://www.yurilane.com]. you guys should all buy his cd when it comes out; it's amazing shiz.

All midwesties in favor of going to BamBam's over session break say 'I'.

I know this is the end of my yj career as a member, and I feel that i got the absolute most out of it. I learned a lot about myself and learned a lot about other individuals, and about how people work together as a whole. I found the best friends that I have ever had, and this is a testament to them.

On a different note, apparently my mom is helping sell these big pimpin' Friends of the IDF duffle bags and blankets for a FIDF fundraiser. They are so pimpin. Immo buy both of them.
