Question for those of you who knit...

I know I have a few journal buddies who are knitters, and I was wondering...

Do you knit English or Continental?

I was taught to knit English, but I've heard that Continental is the faster method of the two. And that Continental is easier for lefties (like me) because you hold the yarn with your left hand.

I'm thinking of giving Continental a try. Any thoughts?
