Author's Notes: Supposed to be from Dean's POV, but I've learned recently if I intentionally try to write something from a certain character's point of view it sucks.
It’s odd seeing the way Sam and Adam act together. At first it’s just a casual touch here or there, a thump on the shoulder, a bright smile, shared laughter just something between brothers. Then it became something more between the two of them. Eyes seemed to linger, fingers seemed to brush against exposed skin, laughter got softer and smiles seemed more intimate.
When a hunt went wrong, no matter how beat up Sam was he always insisted that Adam got cleaned up first. There was this need in Sam to make sure Adam was safe and Sam wasn’t satisfied until Adam was stitched up or lying down with a grin and an icepack.
The thing was, it didn’t really bother him. It didn’t make sense, not really but it didn’t bother him as long as they were okay and happy he was cool with it. He didn’t really give a shit as long as they took care of each other
