Oh haven't you seen many fics exploring the dynamic between the two? I could recommend some to you, focusing on how they view one another post the AR if you'd like (one of them being another one of my own actually :p) Thanks for reading! :D
I always love Dawn & Spike friendship fics (and am still sad that the show dropped that plotline; they both really needed a friend) so, of course, I enjoyed Check. But I got S1 of Torchwood for Christmas, so I really liked Banter, too. Good job!
Hehe, look who it is! *grins* Great to hear from you! *hugs* Well I'm certainly well into drabble writing mode, they're coming out thick and fast! Thanks for the comments, shame they didn't expand on the Dawn and Spike parts a little more. Unfortunately of course, S7 wasn't as character oriented as previous seasons had been... Ooh, yay for Torchwood love! I see you've taken a bit of a shine to Jack/John as well even though we've only had a glimpse at them together :) Thanks so much for commenting! :D
I'm sorta back - I did get a new computer after the motherboard on my previous one was completely fried, but I also seemed to get pheumonia at the same time. So, I have a new 'puter toy (sadly, without FrontPage opr PhotoShop, which I'll have to purchase and install ASAP), but I also have new crap in my lungs that makes brething difficult and comes along with a total of eight (count 'em) shiny new prescriptions to top it all off! So, for the present, I'll be online kin of intermittently.
I was so sad that S7 of Buffy focussed more on the big evil brewin' and the uninteresting and fairly interchangeable potentials than it did on core character development. At least I, for one, was much more interested in seeing how the main characters dealt with the fallout from S6, than I was in a non-corporeal big bad and a bunch of nameless extras.
Oh, yeah! Definitely in the Jack/John shipper camp. They work so well together. *snerk* (I'd love to see them take that story farther . . . and with flashbacks!)
