You scored as Hermione Granger. You're one intelligent witch, but you have a hard time believing it and require constant reassurance. You are a very supportive friend who would do anything and everything to help her friends out.

Ha! Having just taken a final exam that fell on me and squashed me like the grand piano of my own ignorance, and having qualifiers ready to powder my brain in less than a month, it was nice to have some identification with someone known for brightness. Even if it was by an internet quiz which has no *actual* relationship to reality. Moral victory and all that. Tut, tut. Thanks to ssmegss for things to do other than go mad studying for my Monday final.
And in other news, everyone should watch "Foyle's War" (reason for abrupt change of topic: this is how my flatmate and I relax when we get some time off from studying). It's a wonderful mystery series about D.C.S. Foyle who is a civilian police officer during WWII in England. Each episode deals with some aspect of the war that affected people in England; they have bits about Dunkirk, air raids, the home guard. I can't say much about their historical accuracy since I don't have much outside information about the time period, but the mysteries are very good and fair (by which I mean you have a fighting chance of figuring out who did it and why, unlike, say, the Sherlock Holmes mysteries). Last night we watched "Enemy Fire", which was about sabotage at a burns unit for the RAF pilots. I was wrong about the murderer, but guessed correctly at most else of what happened. Hoo-ray for mysteries!
