Blurred Visions

I've been watching a bit of Penn & Teller Bullshit these last few days (all your fault), though lately there seems to be something wrong with the links. It's basically about the dastardly duo poking fun at all the crazy and wacky things that people try to make you believe. Y'know, stuff like alien abductions or conspiracy theories. Top fun. :3
It reminds me of that docco Loose Change (or whatever it was called) that I watched last year about how they thought the whole 9/11 thing was a staged government conspiracy. And, I have to admit, at the time I watching that docco, I really did want to kind of believe in a conspiracy. Around then I was just so tired of the Bush administration that I wanted to lean towards anything that pointed out its flaws.
I realise now that it is kind of dumb to believe in conspiracy theories - especially theories based on more opinions than hard facts - even though sometimes it'd be nice to do so. I think I'll stick to mocking the current administration based on its policies and the speeches that Bush makes which get shown on Letterman.

When I was a kid, about 5 years old or so, I remember watching this Michael Jackson music video while staying over at a friend's place. I remember it vividly because the video was so unusual in comparison to other music clips at the time. After that day, I never saw it again even though I still remembered very well. I'd started to wonder if I was just hallucinating, y'know, because it's so different. Thank you YouTube for proving that I'm not crazy. Ah internets, you've done it again. :3 d

rambling, links
