that list is disturbing. i'll go with the final top three, but the others are all debatable.
although it must be extremely difficult for a large group of ANY people to choose an ethical role model - mine certainly aren't well-known. they are people like my best friend... not celebrities
My class didn't have time to get into groups...but when he asked us I was the first to say anything and I responded with "Nelson Mandela"...I was also giving out ideas like "Lincoln, Sojourner Truth, MLK Jr..."
and if I had a royal name and good looks and all the money I could want I could have been the world's favorite princess too, but it is ridicuous the attention she gets!
And G.W...well, I can't consider someone who ignores the basic civil rights of millions of people to be a great ethical leader...
within a couple minutes of the group the G.W. answer came out and i was just so astonished and confused and utterly disgusted i didn't call out any answers of my own... but yours are certainly higher on the list than freakin dubya. arg. i'm still waiting for the real debates in that class where i can let a little agression and rage free... muahahahaha
