HIMYM Meme - Day 7
Wow... can't believe that I have done a whole week of this already!
Anyway, carrying on: Day 7 - All time favourite season.
Well, there are only five to choose from, but this one was definitely tougher than I thought it'd be... I mean, I LOVED Seasons 2 - 4... loved it! It's hard to pick out which episodes I loved more than the others, since each had about the same amount of stellar episodes..
However, and I know this is probably following the BroTP herd, but I'm going to have to give this one to:
Season 3!
Season 3, was the first season I watched in its entirety, and it was the season that made me obsess about the show like I do today. It was the season that started me on HIMYM fanfiction (because I knew SOMEONE had to have written angsty pieces on Barney's de-broing and subsequent bus accident), and the season that had me swooning over BroTP and shipping like I hadn't done since the good old Season 1 of The OC. It was the first time the show made me cry ("The Goat" anyone?), made me squee in excitement ("Sandcastles in the Sand"... dude, THE KISS! THE KISS!!! *explosive hotness*), and made me go all gooey inside for the friendship they all shared ("Miracles" -Bro hug dude!).
It gave me some of my favourite guest stars - Cathy, Gael, Brad, James... to name a few.
It had hippie Barney losing his virginity.
It gave us The Bro Code and certain extracts of.
Sandcastles in the Sand!
Robin hating on kids (or being irrationally scared of them... much like I am XD)
... the list goes on (I will need a proper re-marathon to name them all!)
NOTE: Britney Spears... INTENTIONALLY LEFT OFF LIST!
So for all reasons above + many more, I give my vote to Season 3! ^^
And if Robin doesn't end up with Barney, she better end up with MALE GALE... XD
