Meals:
- Breakfast: yogurt + corn flakes (4 pts)
- Lunch: pizza (8 pts) popsicle (0 pts) 3 pickles (1.5 pts) raisins (2 pts)
- Dinner: lasagna (6 pts) watermelon (2 pts) fudge (3 pts)
Total: 26.5 pts. yikes!
Exercise:
- 40 min. Denise Austin (3 pts)
- 20 min. walking (1 pt)
- 15 min jogging (2 pts)
Total: 6 pts
