I've finally started to control my eating, and it feels good.

Meals:
  • Lunch: healthy choice pizza (6 pts) pickle (0 pts) popsicle (0 pts)
  • Snack: watermelon (1 pt) wasa bread (1 pt) banana (1 pt)
  • Dinner: spaghetti (9 pts) watermelon (2 pts) raisins (2 pts)

Total: 21 pts! suweet!

Exercise:
  • 40 min. Denise Austin (3 pts)
  • 20 min. walking (1 pt)
  • 15 min. jogging (2 pts)
  • 20 min. kickboxing (1 pt)

Total: 7 pts!
