Yesterday's Regimen

Man, I have this huge blister on my heel, and it hurts to put my shoes on. So, I walked for 20 min. w/out my shoes.

Meals:
  • Breakfast: corn flakes (2 pts) strawberries (1 pt)
  • Lunch: salad w/ balsamic vinegar in a tortilla (5 pts) jell-o (0 pts) ww chocolate cake (1 pt)
  • Snack: ice cream cake (3 pts) nut mix (4 pts) grapes (1 pt)
  • Dinner: chicken + corkscrew pasta (5 pts) texas toast (4 pts)

Total: 26 pts

Exercise:
  • 20 min walk (1 pt)
