Open Letter to Evan Narcisse from Stuff Magazine's Top Five Superhero Videogames
I came accross a little column in your October 2004' Top Five Superhero Games by some lamo (thats fanboy termanology for you) named Evan Narcisse. He put down his Top 5 games, the last one being X-Men Legends and wrote something along the lines of 'play as Fan favorites such as Wolverine to lamer characters like Gambit'...what the fuck?! Did you pull this guy off the street? And if so, what kind of drugs is he on?!
Little Evan needs to do his homework. Everyone thats everyone, knows that Gambit was cool as shit, and far from lame. Even people who aren't into comic books know that!. Motherfucker got into Rogue's Pants...and LIVED! You got no right dictating what's favorite and whats not. Saying Gambit is 'lamer' automatically makes you lose ALL credibility and proves you didn't do your research! 'Favorites'...man, you don't know shit! I bet if Tom Cruise played Gambit in the next movie, the character would be a favorite, right? You'd be taking back anything you might have said about the character being 'lame' wouldn't you?
All you saw was a character in a game, made even more popular by the 'big screen',that you didn't recognize and call him lame because you never heard of him prior to your 'Top Five' gaming experience. That just goes to show how much you REALLY know, which seems to be 'whatever is on tv or at the movies'.
And one more thing,dude, if your gonna write about your Top 5 games that YOU like, shouldn't you LIKE everything about the game? I didn't read anything negative in your other 4 'reviews', why pick on the X-Men one? There's plenty of other superhero games in the sea. No wonder they gave you a near hidden column that was overshadowed by a Mr. Show(one of the greatest shows of our time) ad.

KEEP YOUR EAR TO THE GROUND! FIND AN ONLINE FORUM(and ask if Gambit is lame or not, see what kind of response you get, better yet, make your claim and you'll see you were WAY wrong)!
