Can anyone recommend a good Prenatal Yoga DVD that isn't incredibly easy (Shiva Rea's DVD is way too easy even for my out of shapeness) but not super hard either?

I also wouldn't mind finding some Prenatal Yoga classes in the Sacramento area. I did find one studio that offers it once a week, but that was all. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
