My goal is to get into an Anusara teacher training next year. Has anyone here gone through teacher raining for that or anything else? I'd love to hear any advice or words of wisdom! Thanks,
Consider those religions that focus on sin and damnation, on discipline instead of joy. “Fundamentally they say no,” [Friend] told me. “While Anusara is a yes." ... “We are,” Friend said, beaming, “the Yoga of Yes.”
I've injured my wrist and can't put pressure on it. I desperately need some yoga. Generally I practice Anusara style, which uses a LOT of downward dog. Unfortunately, even most of my gentle yoga routine is out. Can anyone recommend a routine or series of poses that I could with out needing to be on my hands?
I'm looking for teacher training programs in the Bay Area. I mostly study Anusara, but I'm not dead set on only doing that style. I know of some programs here, but I'd like feedback on any programs that people in this community may have tried or have heard about in this area. If you know of programs to avoid I'd be open to hearing about that too
