Hi! I'm new to this community and also very very new to yoga-- I went to my first hot yoga class last week. :) I loved it!
Before I went in for my first class, I researched hot yoga a bit on the internet and came across an article saying that it's better NOT to wipe your sweat during the class, but rather just to let it flow. Something about how wiping the sweat closes your pores and makes your body have to work harder to get the sweat out.
But in the class I went to last week, every five minutes or so we would pause and the instructor would tell us to take a sip of water and wipe our sweat. So... what do you think? :O
