My abuse is taking its toll. This feels soooo effing bad. :\
10am to 3pm felt rather stressful with all the things going in my mind.
3pm onwards... I just felt like a transient being with the weird feeling of sickness and light-headedness.

The but is... I don't know how to put my heart and mind into things. I cannot control my heart and mind as freely as others can.
