Who would've noticed another madman round here?
I basically watched all of Blackadder over the past three days. The episodes I'd seen years ago were even funnier than I remembered, and it was gratifying to finally be able to watch it in order. Terrific writing, terrific acting, the whole nine yards.
But seriously. That bit on Wikipedia saying the final scene of "Goodbyeee" was voted one of the best in the history of TV? Completely deserved. I've still got shivers from watching it not five minutes ago.
Because, really. Who expects a lovely, moving, respectful tribute to the good old boys from a comedy programme?
