"honey, you know you're having a gay man's baby right?!"
well the last few days have been going okay i guess. i go home this weekend to pick up my car YAY! now i can go visit stearnie and go out of the city to shop. it's so much cheaper to buy grocheries and stuff outside the city. and whenever stearnie needs me i can come and rescue him and take him away :)
i'm trying to get back into "school mode", though i don't think i'm being very successful at it. i wish i was one of those people who really LOVED school, but i'm just not and i never have been. at least i only have 2 more years left. thank god.
so with each day it's gotten progressively a little bit better with stearnie being at westminster. he's started making some friends which makes me so happy. and i think i've finally gotten myself to accept that he's there and i'm here and that that's just the way it has to be for now. it's tough, don't get me wrong, but i'm dealing better.
oh and before i go, funny thing happened yesterday. so i went with maria to lunch and we decided to stop over at Bath & Body Works so she could pick up her check. she introduced me to one of her coworkers and friends sharon. well sharon seemed to be kinda nice to me, but there was something wierd about it. so maria and i decided to take advantage of the deal that if you buy any 3 items off the wall you get a fourth free, and with her employee discount it would only cost us a total of $20. well i asked maria to smell this one bottle, and she said she really didn't like it, and told me to put it back. so then sharon, who's been watching this whole ordeal, goes, "maria you really should be nice to him and let him get what he wants. you are having his baby, you know?" maria and i just stared at each other for a minute in total confusion. then maria goes, "hahaha no this is mike! this is my roommate! the father is jake!" so sharon starts laughing and goes, "omg! i'm so sorry! for some reason i thought you were the father! i was about to say, 'maria honey, you know you're having a gay man's baby right?!' i mean not that there's anything wrong with that! honey, i would love to have my gay best friend's baby!" so i go, "so is that why you were being so wierd with me at first, because you thought i was jake?!" and she goes, "yeah, i don't like him! he's mean! i am soooooo sorry! i LOVE you!!! i've heard all about you! you're GREAT!!!! honey we can hang out anytime!" so as we were leaving i said, "well it was very nice to meet you, and i'm glad i'm liked hahaha!" and she goes, "no honey, you're LOVED!"
