Plume? Or not a Plume?
As we find out today that it's proven that there are oil plumes beneath the water, we also findout from the media that they're not actually plumes; more like microscopic mist. This after a couple of weeks of saying plume over and over again without explain what that is.
Now they're constantly talking about "the water column" for the last two days with absolutely no explanation. I guess they don't teach in journalism school like they do in business school, not to speak in jargon in mixed company, and to actually speak to your audience.
