Security's All You Want Outta Life?
All I ever hear from castrated old people when I talk pursuing better job opportunities is about staying around here for security.
That's why I don't like talking to old people about stuff that much. It's not a lack of respect of their wisdom; it's that they don't have anything to say that supports my goals.
They try to convince me to accept a castrated, mundane life like they have. I'll be broke for life listening to most people over 50; but I'll be secure in my brokeness.
