Finished another book last night -- The Smoke Jumper by Nicholas Evans.  It was pretty good, but predictable... and it was almost two books in one (started in Montana, travelled to Africa, then quickly ended back in Montana).  I'm not convinced a man can or should be writing about love from a woman's point of view, but he did an OK job.  I think this makes Book #12 for the year, and thus my goal has been met.  YAY!  (#11 was unmemorable, The Monk Downstairs by Tim Farrington... definitely a man who had no business writing about love from a woman's perspective.)
