I made migas for breakfast, and these enchiladas for dinner with The Mexican for extertainment, a nice Canadian Sauvignon Blanc for a bevvie, and popcorn for dessert.

I suppose I should have been drinking beer and maybe run down to Julio's Barrio for some free sombreros, but it was a fantastic Mexican evening all the same.

Man, I miss Mexico.
