Scrambled eggs in a chili-tomato sauce with corn tortillas and refried beans. Sometimes instead of the chili-tomato sauce it's salsa. It's a Mexican breakfast thing.

Aloo gobi - it's a tasty Indian spiced cauliflower and potato dish. See the ever wonderful Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aloo_gobi

If you ever came to England (and I actually got to meet you in person), I'd be happy to take you out for an Indian - I'm not sure whether there are many Indian restaurants in Canada, or whether the range of dishes is different (I know most of the dishes offered in England are Anglicised, not original Indian dishes).

Ha -- I HAVE had Aloo gobi, and I just didn't know it! :P We do have good Indian restaraunts here in Canada, but I didn't get into Indian food until last year. I was put off it for a few years when at my first Indian restaraunt, I pulled an almond sliver out of my mouth that had been hidden in a curry. 0_o Luckily I didn't react, but the scare put me off for a good long while.

Ah, I wasn't aware you're allergic to nuts - yes you have to be careful with Indian in that case, particularly the creamy curries...

Yeah Indian is RIFE with nuts and sesame seeds. And I have to be super careful that they don't use chicken or chicken stock in their food. BAH! Stupid allergies!
