Have I mentioned lately how much I dislike hunting for jobs? Because I do. I've sent a query to Golder for lab work, and a resume into the University Bookstore, although that feels like backsliding. Ah well. It's a start.
I also submitted a short story, Need (?), to the CBC's literary awards and spent TWENTY WHOLE DOLLARS, and I'm pretty sure that it'll get rejected because it's a genre fairy tale and not a morality tale about growing up on the prairi/in the far north/in Montreal/as a jew/Mormon/Mennonite/Native.
But I did start a painting. Why? Because
