so my mel gibson movie is slowing down. i realized im not against his movie really, or him, but rather im concerned with the outcome of people seeing the movie and not thinking about the context and the historical inaccuracies. i mean, mel gibson even said, its his rendition, "i dont care if 'it is as it was' because [for me] it is what it is." its a movie where he has artistic license. so now my goal is to have people keep in mind what they're seeing instead of telling them not to, which wouldnt work anyway.
what else is new? The OC is a good show. cliche but good, until they run out of material and have to make it overly dramatic.
OH SNAP. MATT, PROPS, NESTOR, and I, ran to Alley Pond for practice. the lake was frozen over and he ran on it and slid on it and had a grand old time. then props (in his all-weather shorts and a t-shirt) made a hole in the ice and managed to get up to his right knee in ice water. THEN on the way back we ran through bushes that had thorns and he thought it was really funny that he looked dirty and bloody and wet, so he got on the bus like that. matt and props came here so props could wash off and, well, lets say my bathroom smelled of foreighn spices.
