If one ever questioned Canis' tolerance for children, it has probably flown completely out the window.
After all; now that he knows for sure that there are children here (especially one that, by being nice to him, he can annoy the parental guardian-double through), he needs to make sure they get the Christmas experience.
Which means Santa. Right beside Hatsu's recently decked out Willow tree ('MY TREE!'), and decorated with presents and a rope boundary is what looks to be the typical mall-center santa set up, complete with a camera toting NPC elf for those who want the memory to last.
Children, come say hi to santa! (He's the one who brings the presents you know!)
...And for those who recognize the smell of shapeshifting jackals on the air, have fun poking... Fun.
