It's amazing how in the space of a one hour meeting, I can develop a full-blown throbbing headache. I'm sorry that I've turned into one of those moldie-oldies, but look, if you're fresh out of school and new to the company, do your damn research before you shoot your mouth in front of everybody, pointing fingers about work not done and targets not reached. I was fresh out of school once too and I knew when to keep my mouth shut.

Time to set up a departure countdown. Grrr.
