I had written down a routine already but since I didn’t bring my notebook, I had to make my own routine on the spot and here was what I did:
I didn’t do warm up.
Leg extension machine : 35 kg
Squat(both plates): 30 kg
Flat bench (db per hand): 15 lbs.
Leg raises: 12 - 12 reps
Biceps (bb curl both plates): 10-15 kg.
