Oh the life...
Well, I leave tomorrow for Europe for a month. Things here have been nonstop since I've been home. I did get to spend a couple lazy days doing nothing, but it was just a couple days and I was thinking about things that I should have been doing. Some exciting news though! Rachel and I have a house!! Well a duplex, but our own place!! I'm so freaking excited about it, you have no idea. It's on Edgewood about .3 miles from campus. The lease is starting July 1; we will both be gone still, but our parents will move in some of our stuff and we decided to take the quieter side even if it meant an earlier lease. So the crazy thing is that when I get back from Cambridge, I can move straight to Asheville! This is so exciting! I leave tomorrow around 3:30 and will fly to Philly, then Paris, then Luxembourg. Maggie's dad is picking me up at the airport and then we will go back to Maggie's house where her and Morgana will be. We haven't decided what we're doing yet, but we'll be in Germany for 4 days before flying to London to meet up with the other Teaching Fellows. We'll go from London to Cambridge and begin our classes next Sunday at 8am. I'll have a long weekend and another 4 days to travel before I come home, but I haven't decided where I want to go yet. I just have to end up back in Lux on July 18th! I'm pretty excited about all of this, but not so excited about the classes part. Although, from what I've heard, even though it's UNCA professors, it's not going to be anything like our normal classes at UNCA. Alright, so I'm going to go get a good night's sleep before a long day of traveling tomorrow! Have a great month everyone!! :)
