Here am I, send me

I finally found something I truly love and am actually good at doing! Last week I taught my own class for the first time. It didn't go quite as well as expected, but my advisors and the regular teachers thought I did a good job! They also said I had one of the best lessons plans in the class. That's really exciting because there's like 4 people that have done this for a semester already. If I am ahead of them I can't be doing half bad! It is so much fun. The kids respect me...or at least fear me for the moment. Either way I have control of the class like I should. After a few classes I will be able to loosen up a little and really start having fun with the kids. But for right now my job is to teach, not to be friendly, so that's what I am going to do.

I am so excited. I am finally certain of (at least a small part) what God wants me to do with my life. And it looks like a lot of fun!
