Did anyone watch the programme on Channel 4 last night called "Dispatches: What is Really in your Christmas Dinner"? I saw it and I for one am so glad that we only buy organic meat. My health has been improving again the last few weeks after a minor setback after moving house and relaxing my diet a little and then relaxing my diet a lot over Coombefest. I'd also stopped exercising because of all the disruptions which didn't help ( Read more... )

Since I woke up this morning I've had the headache from hell :(

Its one of those pounding headaches, and when I move I feel really dizzy and lightheaded, as well as the pounding getting worse :(

I've taken something for it, and its not any better. I'd like to go curl up in bed now please. Only I can't :(

Ouch :(

There is a programme on Channel 4 tomorrow evening (Thursday 30th June) at 9pm called "Allergic to everything". I came pretty close to being allergic to everything at the worst point of my illness 6 months to a year ago, so I'm looking forward to seeing just what they are going to show in this documentary ( Read more... )
