BROKEN FINGER UPDATE:
I saw the specialist today. I HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY. Part of my bone is kind of pushing my nail upwards, so if I left it, a new nail wouldn't be able to grow and i'd end up with a really short freak fingernail which would be extremely prone to infection. My bone has to be repositioned and i'll get a nice piece of wire poking out of the top of my finger. I'm also getting my nail yanked off. This will happen on Monday. I am going to ask to be knocked out because i'm a freaking wuss.
It still really hurts. Seriously, trust me to break my little finger and then have to have an operation on it. I am PATHETIC. IT'S A LITTLE FINGER. Typical.
And due to encouragement from Joe (slaughters), I probably will end up putting one or two photos up... but they're currently on undeveloped film and my mum's digital camera which confuses the crap out of me. Plus i'll be taking NEW ones after the surgery too. (If I can bear to look at my deformed finger. Might take a while.)
I used this whole ordeal to get out of work for the weekend so HOORAY.
In other news, I am totally going to see the Darjeeling Limited a la Moonlight Cinema on the 6th of December and I am PSYCHED. Also have tickets to Sufjan Stevens in January. And it's my birthday in 7 weeks. The build-up is always so much better than the actual day.
