This is mostly to keep track of who knows what about Jesse. If something important is missing, though, let me know!
Note: Most people on the Barge should have access to the fact that Jesse was in rehab for *something*, since he's talked about it publicly on the network. He's also been pretty open about having been shot to death.
Update!: At this point, it's starting to get around that Jesse is a meth addict, and it's possible that your character may have heard about it. Hit me up if you want to work something out.
Character Relationships:
Claire and Jesse met almost immediately after his arrival on the barge. They quickly became good friends -- she tried to help him find out if Mr. White was alive in the living world, and they comforted each other during the beginning of the "Pleased to Meet You" October event, when the barge seemed to be haunted. They first kissed while hiding in Claire's room together and officially became a couple during the Paris 2020 port. However, he was hiding his addiction (and dealer past) from her.
During the end of "Pleased to Meet You," Claire went into a coma and Jesse ended up on a meth binge and subsequent hallucinatory psychosis. He hallucinated shooting Richie, Claire's stalker, and had himself committed to Zero. When Claire woke up and came to see him there, he told her everything and promised to try to stay clean from then on. She's agreed to stay with him for now.
What Claire knows: Pretty much everything. She's also the only person on board who may know what Mr. White looks like, after Jesse showed her a picture of his character "Dr. Chemistry."

Pink is Jesse's extremely petty nemesis. They do not get along, but it's more of a spilling coffee/squabbling on the comm thing than a shootouts in diners thing. Jesse originally planned to invite Pink in on "Xena's" escape plot, but reconsidered. Pink was responsible for alerting Richie to Jesse's threats.
What Pink Knows: Mr. White's full name; that he was partners with Jesse in some criminal enterprise.
→ Mr. Pink //

Now Jesse's warden! They have a complicated relationship: they've had some pretty intense conversations, but they also get under each others' skin in a major way. However, they've recently reconciled a little bit over the shared experience of losing the woman they loved. Jesse also knows, and is very amused, that Locke used to live on a pot farm. He's both mildly impressed and weirded out by Locke's whole crazy hunter... thing.
With Locke becoming Jesse's warden and getting access to his inmate file, Jesse was inclined to distrust him, and the two had a very contentious warden/inmate relationship at first. After Jesse's meth-induced psychosis, Locke demanded he tell the truth about being back on drugs, and Jesse came clean. Jesse still feels sort of begrudging towards Locke, but he realizes they're both working towards the same goal of getting Jesse sober.
What Locke Knows: Everything.

justareverie | LOST
Although Jesse thinks Beatty's homeworld is weird and his ideas are messed up, the guy himself is decent as hell. He and Jesse have promised to watch each others' backs in the midst of all the Barge insanity. More important, maybe, is that Beatty promised to keep Jesse's secrets to himself. Jesse invited Beatty into "Xena's" breakout plot; however, after finding out that Beatty had no intention of ever escaping with them, and that Beatty's friend O'Brien "mysteriously" knows about Jesse's addiction, he's now angry and distrustful towards Beatty.
What Beatty Knows: That Jesse hasn't actually recovered from his addiction; that Jesse was planning to break into the infirmary, but figured out another way to produce meth, and was holding.

"Cat" (he knows her real name, now, but will still call her Cat) has been taken under Jesse's wing, whether she likes it or not. He felt protective of her from the start -- and the more he finds out about her and her world, the more he wants to make sure she gets her graduation, even if he doesn't think he'll ever get his own.
What Arya Knows: That Jesse killed Gale, that he doesn't regret doing it, and that he'll do it again to protect her or other people that are important. He's also told her that he accidentally let Jane die, and was there when Emilio "accidentally" choked to death on red phosphorus.

Costigan, now graduated, was Jesse's first real comrade on the Barge, even though they only knew each other for a few days. He was the only person Jesse told basically everything to at first -- and, subsequently, the one who warned Jesse not to tell anyone else. Jesse still has his lighter.
What Costigan Knew: Everything on the business side of things (i.e., not Jane), except for names.

Jim originally put Jesse in touch with Narvin, despite being what Jesse thinks of as a yuppie douche. Jesse is still weirded out by his resemblance to one-time merman Prefect.
What Jim Knows: Technically, nothing. He's been told an elaborate lie about Jesse's work at an industrial laundromat "in a bad neighborhood." Also some crap about Jesse wanting to be a chef because he "makes good chili."

Here's the new boss, way different from the old boss. Sort of. Jesse is Narvin's lab assistant, helping out with his quantum physics research. In return, Narvin lets Jesse play with the chemicals. After the end of "Pleased to Meet You," Locke told Narvin that Jesse had been using the lab to make meth. Narvin agreed to let Jesse keep his job on the understanding that he not abuse the lab again.
Also, Jesse now knows way too much about Narvin's sex life, thanks to the Best Policy flood.
What Narvin Knows: That Jesse is an addict, that he used the lab to make drugs. Since Locke gave him a sample of Jesse's Blue Sky, he probably now knows what Jesse's been taking.

Wednesday and Jesse met in the cafeteria and instantly bonded over being criminals. Jesse pretty much automatically respects Wednesday because he seems like the criminal authority figure that Jesse's been lacking without Mr. White, Mike and Mr. Fring around to boss him. Plus, he has a rad beard. Jesse invited Wednesday in on "Xena's" escape plot, but they both ended up ditching out.
What Wednesday Knows: Not much. That Jesse has never done time before, that he got shot, etc. The usual, so far.
→ Mr. Wednesday //
glad_of_war | American Gods
Although wary of Dick due to his being a former cop, Jesse and Dick have bonded slightly over the shared loss of Costigan. Dick has offered to keep an eye on Jesse in Costigan's place, or at least keep him supplied in cigarettes.
What Dick Knows: Nothing, and Jesse plans to keep it that way.
→ Dick Grayson //
batmanschmatman | DC Comics
Knowing her only as "Xena" (and known, in turn, as "Schrodinger"), Jesse thinks that Rachel is dangerous, untrustworthy, and maybe even a little crazy. Despite that, he decided to help her with her breakout attempt as long as she promised to keep Arya safe and take her to a better world. He himself ditched out of the escape plan after promising Claire he wouldn't leave the Barge before his time, but invited Beatty, Gaius and Wednesday to join Rachel.
What "Xena" knows: Nothing. Not even Jesse's real name.
→ "Xena" / Rachel Berenson //
yeerkwarveteran | Animorphs
Gaius and Jesse became an odd kind of friends after bonding in the cafeteria over their shared disdain of the rehab process. Jesse invited Gaius to join the "Xena" escape plot, but was dismayed by Gaius's failures to be discreet (signing texts with his name, etc.) This originally discouraged him from trusting Gaius with more privileged information. However, he later came to trust Gaius more, and when Gaius mentioned that he was having a lot of trouble coping with the barge during "Pleased to Meet You," Jesse offered him some of his crystal meth. The two got high together in Jesse's room.
After his resolution to get clean, Jesse told Gaius to take his stash of meth. He gave Gaius and Locke different locations in his room for where he'd hidden his supply.
What Gaius Knows: That Jesse is a dealer/addict, that Jesse makes totally rad meth. Also the holder of the extremely secret and vital information that Jesse was raised Presbyterian. Seriously, that's the most important thing of all.
→ Gaius Baltar //
to_be_caprican | Battlestar Galactica
Pure enemies. Jesse hated Richie before he ever met him, when Claire told him about Richie's creepy confessions during the Truth Flood. When Jesse realized that Richie had also kidnapped Claire during the Disney Port, he went a little nuts and accused Richie publicly of being a rapist (which just so happened to be true). Claire and Will, respectively, got them to cool down, but they ended up beating the crap out of each other a few days later. Jesse narrowly avoided being killed by Richie by getting in a lucky shot and knocking him out against the deck wall.
During Jesse's meth psychosis, he hallucinated having another fight with Richie and shooting him to death at the urging of a ghostly Gale Boetticher. This was entirely in his imagination and he actually killed one of the faceless crewmen that was haunting the barge. However, Richie happened to be in a coma at the time and now blames Jesse for his lack of consciousness.
What Richie Knows: Nothing. That doesn't mean they can't hate each other!
