I am HOPPING. Remember my excitement at Block 1 Row C THREE ROWS FROM THE FRONT Boyzone-ness? Well. WELL. I received this email:

"We are writing to advise that due to an administrative error, your allocation for BOYZONE at the Cardiff International ArenaCardiff has changed. Your new allocation is Block L1, Row C,Seat 68 to Seat 0 LEVEL 1 Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.If you wish to discuss this further, please call us on 0115 9129000 (24hrs)quoting reference 25601959. Alternatively you can fill in a contactform by following the link below: http://www.seetickets.com/see/content_contactus.asp Yours sincerely, See Tickets Customer Services"

My stomach literally plummeted when I read it. This new seat is not at the front of the venue, but the BACK. In the fucking GODS.

*wails*

I filled in the stupid 'Contact Us' form two days ago and have had no reply. So today I phoned them. Apparently, due to Reading and Leeds tickets going on sale, they are TOO BUSY to reply to emails and also TOO BUSY to receive calls in Customer Services, for when I asked for the phone number for Customer Services, the bloke I was talking to REFUSED to give it to me, saying they are only making outgoing calls at the moment, also due to business with Reading/Leeds tickets.

RAGE

How rediculous is that? Telling a customer that they cannot have the customer service phone number?!!

I am going to phone them back, but I need to be less RAGE before I do so. I have been promised that I am on a list to be phoned back by customer services, but it's not good enough. He said it might be tomorrow that I get contacted. I will be at work. NOT HELPFUL.

PLUS: RAGE AT SEAT CHANGE WITH NO NOTICE. AND NO EXPLANATION. The bloke I spoke to couldn't give a reason. He also said he could only deal with ticket sales, and didn't hint at giving me refund. I just have to wait apparently.

Well NO. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I knew I hated See Tickets for a reason.
