I am getting rather sick of every news programme devoting half an hour of each show to SNOW. I only need to look outside to see that there is snow fucking everywhere. Lol. It *may* be more snow that we've seen since the eighties, but really, how long are you going to go on about it? *rolls eyes* I am very glad I own a pair of wellies. Fluorescent pink ones. At least you'll never lose me in a blizzard.
Having written the above, it is very pretty here though. It sparkles in the sun :] Bloody cold, however. Minus fucking ten it was here this morning. I've never lived through minus ten before.. hahah. Today I wore: A thick sports bra, three t-shirts, a fleecy hoodie, a super thick padded gilet, a scarf, hat, mittens over fingerless arm warmers, thigh high socks, cord skinnies and wellie socks over the top. Wanna swap weather Bre? :P Actually no. I like snow. And I can still get to work because it's five minutes walk away. Bonus or curse? You choose.

View from the back garden!
View of the Front Garden. Veggie Patch has pretty much diappeared under there somewhere...
Through the round window... Look carefully, there's a Chaffinch perched in the cherry tree and a Goldfinch on one of the feeders :]
I had a day off today but yesterday and the day before were spent moving displays around and cleaning, because we had about five customers each day and that was it. Shouldn't think they had many more today either. It made everything go so slowwwwly. Slow days do not win.
I am as yet to review Doctor Who.. for those who've not seen it yet, I shall try my best not to drop any spoilers :] IT WAS IMMENSE. It was too long to wait a week for the second part if you ask me. I didn't cry at the end like I was expecting to. It was sad, but not heart wrenching... unless it was a good time of the month for me to see it. Hormones added into the equation may change the no tears thing. The bit I found hardest to watch in the whole two eps was the bit where the Doctor was in the cafe with Wilf in the Christmas Day ep. And then the bit with the knocking when it eventually came was leik *GASP* It was kinda awful watching him go to say goodbye to everyone. And the Journal of Impossible Things :'[ After Blink, The Family of Blood ep is one of my faves of the new series'.
Matt Smith is going to be awesome. His minute or so at the end of the New Years Day ep was well written, well acted and just made me go YES, HE IS THE ONE. Pretty sure he'll be just as good as David ♥ It'll just be weird the first time there's a proper ep, and suddenly it'll hit me that David won't be coming back, not really. I mean there'll always be the opportunity since it's science fic and there's time travel involved so he could always meet himself in the past like they've done before. But that won't be happing for years, if it ever does. I think it's in safe hands though :]
Pretty excited for the new series already - it's not that far off, relatively speaking. Roll on Spring!!! Also the clip of what's going to be in that series... EEEEEEEEEEEE! If you've not seen it, or don't want to see it, don't read this:
The weeping angels are back!! I am scared already. Also think I spotted River Song in there too, but it could have been someone else... Again with the daleks though. Not sure about the relative merits of that one. Surely they could give them a rest for one series? They're not as scary as they used to be.
Doctor Who is reviewed! Gavin & Stacey also ended over Christmas/New Year. Any other G&S watchers on my f-list? A tidy-ever-after was had by all in the end XD I hope they bring it back for Christmas Specials. It's one of the best things that's been written for a long long time other than DW. Love. It.
Anyway, enough of that. Back to work tomorrow. Hopefully there will be more to do than clean stuff! :/
