Paradise lost
My roommates are officially leaving. Baz flies out on Sunday, and Liz is getting a flight as soon as the useless immigration office gives her her student Visa back, which looks like Tuesday. Sofia, Simon, Barry, and Sof's roommate Sarah are all leaving this weekend. My parents went home today and I am getting really sad about the prospect of being almost alone in Xalapa.
The one and only reason I'm staying is for Gonzalo - we already have to spend almost two months without each other this summer and I am not making it three if I can help it. I can see myself becoming bored, restless and a little sad without my friends pretty soon here in Xalapa, but it's better than bored, restless and extremely sad without Gonzalo in Hamilton.
Ugh. This is not the way the year was supposed to end.
