Wellllllllcooooooommmmmeeee baaaaaaaacccccckkkkkk.
So my vacation has finally come to an end. Near the end of it I got very bitchy, but overall it was a great trip; if you talk to me about it it will sound like I'm complaining about some of it, but I'm not. Seriously, some of the funniest stuff that happened was stuff that SHOULDN'T have happened (Fine dining? Then why is my strawberry bisque basically melted ice cream?) And Mexico was exactly what you would expect from Mexico. I'll leave it at that.
Last night was my first night back to work. And, as a special welcome back, I got a particularly difficult patient. No matter what I could have done would have made the titration go well.
And my cats were thrilled to see me, but it looks like they've been peeing under my bed in rebellion to my absence. So now they're extra pissed that they're locked out of the bedroom until I can get the place steam cleaned.
Ahhhhhh, welcome home.

But seriously, I'm (mostly) glad to be home.
