mimi, being a pug, cannot be an outside dog. they have a very limited temperature span in which they can survive comfortably and are seen as prey to tons of furry and feathered beings. i was in this apt before i got mimi and my health prevents a major overhaul of it. i'm gonna have to hire movers anyway but a fresh start in a new place will make it much easier to maintain. plus being bipolar doesnt help. when you are way depressed things like cleaning fall to the wayside
price range is under 580 a month (not including utilities of course) and other things are dog friendly, apt on the first floor (or must have an elevator) and laundry in the units. dont care if it has a pool or a gym or anything. i've found a few places online that i'm going to call and get info on. i was so antsy to get out of university square that i took this place without looking anywhere else. when i moved in the rent was 530+like maybe 6 bucks for water and come november i'd have been there 4years. when i got mimi that added 15 a month. so now a lot of the time we pay over 600 a month...plus theres other things like electric, cable for tv and internet, etc.
it wasnt a fight and mom accepted that i wouldnt really be the best candidate for the job. plus if i got all my stuff up here i'd have to get it all back down to gboro somehow when i did move. she was just asking cuz i'm free so to speak. there have been other suggestions along the way and it'll get workedout somehow. if she really cant find anyone then i guess i'll have to do it and be a complete monster for 3 or 4 months
