Good morning ladies, hope all is going well. I have been pretty busy at work, but wanted to post this message. Yesterday, Mal and I got a new car. I am still in a bit of shock. It wasn't planned, but I saw the deals from GMC and figured if we don't have to pay a dime by trading in our car and then get a lower payment why not for a better car. So, we did. Granted we save only like $40 a month in payments, but it is a much much nicer car. We are proud owners of a new GMC Envoy Denali. I love the car, but as with everything wondering if I acted too fast, shouldn't I have ran the payment options and done different things, shopped at different dealers. We did give up the 0% we had on our Explorer, but since the accident I wanted to get out of that truck. I can't wait to ride in it on Weds. We did the Smart buy which is like a lease but you own, we figure in a few years, we will be ready hopefully to get my dream truck. It seems so strange, since I never just do things. I didn't even call my parents. Okay, I know weird, but when we bought our first car. I must have spoken to my dad about for days if not weeks. I still a bit uneasy. Mal tried to talk me through it, mind you I am the one who requested the info and initiated this whole thing. We really got a good deal, and even with the interest, we got 4.4% which is pretty darn good. We pay nothing on our truck, which was at least $2k above what Kelley Blue book said we could get for it. Anyway, Here is our new car. In Carbon metallic, which is like a black I guess.

This whole second guessing and worrying is a major trait that I want to change, because most of the time, it leads to inaction on my part.
Bad thing, I just have to watch the miles. only 12k a year, but since neither of us drive to work, we only use the car on the weekends. It should be fine.
