Just to make this slightly more official and so people will read it I am posting about the date again.
From the comments it seems like Sept 17-19th works and I have booked this on my family's LG calendar.
Please check with whomever you are in contact with and find out if the date works for them as well.
Unless this date turns out to not work for the majority of us based on comments here either directly or indirectly (comments posted for someone if they don't have an account), this will be the date.
The only other thing I want to know is if for some reason most of us can't make it and we need to cancel the event, in which case let me know.
I will tally the comments left here and my other post, on Aug 1st either this date or if we find another date that works better, or anything else about the event date, will be set in stone so to speak.
So contact E whomever and let me know, you have a little over a week.
