STRESS

I finally did it. I deleted Sims 3 off my computer. It was fun while it lasted, but I was too addicted to that game, even though it did nothing but disappoint me with its lack of options. I guess I was supposed to download more expansion packs or something... Anyway, there goes ten gigs of HDD space back onto my computer, which I'm very happy about it. I currently have 70 gigs free of 280 now. I'd like to free up at least 100 gigs because I'm anal like that.

Posting a video of NieR since I know a lot of you aren't very familiar with it.

I feel like I'm mostly interested in it for its soundtrack, unique story, and interesting characters. Plus, it feels like it kidnapped different members from the Tales cast.

Nier: Jamieson Price [Largo's (Abyss), Duke (Vesperia)]
Kaine: Laura Bailey [Marta, Aunt Flora (DotNW), Gauche (Vesperia)]
Grimoire Weiss: Liam O'Brien [Orochi (dotnw), Dist (Abyss), Stahn (Radiant Mythology), Cumore (Vesperia)]
Emil: Julie Ann Taylor [Karol, Droite (Vesperia)]
Yonah: Heather Hogan [Colette (dotnw, Symphonia)

Laura Bailey, by the way, is amazing in this game. Hearing her as Martmart and Reimi in Star Ocean 4, I wasn't sure how she could pull off a bitchy hermaphrodite with a swearing problem (Kaine has a MOUTH, and Bailey isn't afraid to use it.This is NOT a game to play with little kid around, or parents for that matter), but then I found out she did Lust in FMA, so I was a little more reassured since Lust is a lot less bouncy than Reimi and Marta.

I am excited to hear Liam O'brien because his voice makes me LuLz (it's yami no matsuei's fault). I'm also looking forward to hearing Heather Hogan (Colette's VA), just because I think she has a cute voice.

Altogether, it's got a pretty decent dub, and I heard the story is really good as well.

Our cram weekend is FINALLY over. I only had to work four hours Saturday, but Sunday I was there for literally ten hours. It was absolute hell, especially since I'm not used to waking up early (it's against my religion too, but does my boss care about that? Of course not. -_-). I spent the day having to deal with crabby kids while fighting off crabbiness myself. I actually snapped at a few of my kids today. The first class was fine, the second okay, but by the third one I had had it. And to make matters worse, I get to the same bunch of kids TOMORROW evening. AND we have a meeting too. Even though we only work two days this week. Oh glory. I think working nine days in a row without a break is driving me crazy. Can't wait till next Wednesday when I am finally rid of the kids for five days.

Only one more month of this, and then I get to go home, at least for three months. Positive thinking like that really helps make the time go by quicker. I've already started making a list of stuff I want to eat and do that I can't in Korea.

First up, I'm getting a haircut. I haven't had one in a year and a half since Koran barbers scare the crap out of me, so my hair has horrible split ends. To make it worse, the water here is awful. I thought the reason my hair was sucking so much was my fault, but according to my female co-workers, that's not the case. They've been having problems with their hair too. So I decided to hack it off and just wear it short until I decide to stay in the States for good.

I'm also looking forward to eating REAL meat again, and not just pieces of bulgogi in soup. Korea is so big into soup, but I have a really hard time filling myself up on it, so I'm eager to go home and have steak and peas and mashed potatoes. I am way too American. X_X

Finally, I'm super excited about my trip to Japan and getting to see my friends and family again; and, of course, playing my PS3 games.

Just one more month. One more month. I gotta keep telling myself that.
