Rosette Christopher (Chrno Crusade): nun_with_guns - I think I can start off the Captain Obvious pile with this one. She's an exorcist - a nun with guns.
Luxord (Kingdom Hearts): dix_des_coeurs - "Ten of hearts" in French. I have a tendency to give my black-robed characters French LJ names.
Death (Discworld): humaniste - French for "humanistic," since he's interested in humans and...yeah, this one's pretty lame. |D Also, case in point for the French thing.
Flonne (Disgaea): faithxhealer - You ever hear this girl cast a spell? Nothing but words of faith and love, man (in an unfortunately dubbed voice). Also a play on faith healers, because I think I'm clever.
Sonic (Sonic the Hedgehog): itshowiroll - "It's how I roll." I also think I'm punny. |D

Flonne (Disgaea): ninxninxnin - She thinks she's a ninja and it's just the funniest thing ever. "Nin nin nin" is actually something she says in game.

Rosette Christopher (AU) (Chrno Crusade): my_promise_kept - Oh gad why did I ever do this AU, honestly. Long and short of it is, Rosette kept her promise to Joshua to become a doctor and then he died anyway. This was also my Econtra journal, for what it's worth.

The Prinny Squad (Disgaea): dood_asplode - Okay, it's not creative but I still think it's funny as hell. What else could you name a group of demon penguins that end every other sentence with "dood" and explode when thrown?
Vexen (Kingdom Hearts): le_verglas - Welcome back to the French LJ rule. This one means "the ice."
B.O.B. (Monsters VS Aliens): mexjello_otp - This is the only character I have ever had who has hit on a Jell-O mold, never mind succeeded.
Silver the Hedgehog (Sonic 2006): seal_the_gods - That was his goal, his purpose, and he succeeded - kind of, and at a cost. Poor guy.
Silver the Hedgehog (Sonic 2006): its_up_to_me - This (and variations thereof) is pretty much his motto/creed/annoying catch phrase. Plus, I'd just finished watching the Let's Play, and that final level...played it over and over, and he says this at the beginning every time. Whee lack of creativity.

Random muse journal/testing grounds: be_musing - I've included this one in here because I actually do use it on dear_mun every once in a while - it was the first place I tested out J (and after looking at that old post...man how things have changed), and for a while I was poking around with a Temeraire muse. I'm actually particularly proud of this one, if only for the wordplay - "musing" is thinking, I call my RP characters "muses," and if something is "bemusing" it is perplexing. The English major in me is oh so pleased. :3
