Job applications.
So, today we went out to the local mall to get me some job applications.
The primary places I was looking at (Walden's Books and another store) were no longer hiring, so we wandered entirely around both levels and I ended up with three applications to fill out tonight and drop off tomorrow or sometime next week.
I got applications from: Suncoast (Wee!), Kirkland's (some hoity-toity decor place) and KBToys. XD!! I'm done with the applications, except that I'm using a couple of my friends for references, and I need their phone numbers and/or addresses, and neither one is on to give me the information. I know that they usually don't even check up on personal references for shitty little retail jobs, but it's nice to not have incomplete information on your application, anyhow.
IF SHANNON AND KYMFACE WOULD GET ON AND GIVE ME THEIR UPDATED INFO, I COULD BE DONE BY NOW.
See, they've both moved around, residence-wise, lately... so I kinda need to know where they're living NOW, not where they used to live. Poofaces, both of 'em.
Tomorrow, I think I might arse Nate into attempting a voyage to the shopping center where Petco is, and try to apply there. It'd be awesome to get discounts on cat supplies.
Gotta remember: Tuesday morning is mechanic time! 30 minutes to an hour of wandering around Middleboro/Raynham on foot, wee!
Wednesday: Take movies back to Hollywood Video.
Oh... you all must be informed: Ju-Rei is, by far, one of the best Japanese horror films I've ever seen. That says a lot. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is fucking awesome, too. Those are the movies we rented.
