not much is up today except natalie's gram had to go to the hospital, me and baker went running with jamie last night. then some painful 8 min abs, yeah for everyone who doesn't think crap like that works, i now think they do if you stick to it.
but we are onour way to the hospital then to get food with her parents, their treat.
might do some jogging tonight, i am really enjoying this stuff now, with friends.
